The task

Ultra Voltaik, a North German company specializing in photovoltaic systems, utilizes HubSpot's Sales Hub to support its sales process. In close collaboration with WPWA, the existing Sales Hub setup was comprehensively optimized and precisely tailored to the specific needs of the sales team. The goal was to ensure a seamless and highly efficient process.

The challenge

The sales process spans multiple platforms and steps, making it inherently complex. The primary challenge was to conduct a detailed analysis of the entire process to develop a clearly structured concept. This concept aimed to enable targeted automations at critical points.

The solution

WPWA Digital conducted a comprehensive HubSpot audit and developed a tailored concept with clear optimization suggestions. These improvements were directly implemented in HubSpot. The result: A significant portion of the sales process is now automated and runs seamlessly.

Strategic lead forms efficiently and precisely capture new leads. A well-thought-out lead scoring system then qualifies contacts for further sales outreach based on predefined criteria. Key information, such as house type, energy consumption, or roof conditions, is collected to assess whether a contact is a potential customer. This information is automatically quantified using a point-based system, allowing for better categorization.

Based on these evaluations, contacts are placed into tailored sequences designed to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey. This way, each contact receives individualized attention. If lead scoring determines that a contact is generally qualified but needs more information about photovoltaic systems, they are automatically assigned to an appropriate sequence—for example, receiving an automated email invitation to an informational event. As a follow-up, another sequence schedules a meeting with a consultant. Once a contact has provided all necessary information and is considered qualified, a HubSpot workflow automatically creates a deal.

To generate additional leads, a structured referral form systematically captures data from new prospects.
