The task
The challenge
Potential customers of the Audi used car dealer needed additional on-site orientation due to the large range of vehicles on offer. They should be able to sort the entire portfolio online and call a personal car salesperson if necessary. The inhibition threshold of a personal consultation should be reduced and customers should be able to search in a more targeted manner at the same time.
The solution
WPWA Digital created an app that made it possible to select from the wide range of offers on site and that could easily be kept up to date. The customer enters his wishes and is shown suitable offers with one click. The app guides him to his desired car on site and with another click calls the salesperson for further personal consultation.
