The task

QPLIX, a SaaS solutions provider for investors to manage and analyze assets, decided to replace Pipedrive as its CRM and sales system with HubSpot. The goal was to seamlessly integrate marketing and sales processes and establish a foundation for optimized workflows. 

 

The challenge

A key challenge was migrating the data from the existing system in a way that ensured optimal integration into the new HubSpot environment. This required aligning the data structure with the requirements of a high-performance CRM system. The task involved ensuring a complete and structured transfer of relevant information while addressing potential inconsistencies, duplicate data or data gaps.
