WPWA sustainably optimized HubSpot usage for PROBIS

The task

PROBIS Software GmbH develops digital solutions for cost management processes in the construction and real estate industries. With its cloud-based software, PROBIS supports companies in analyzing, managing, and optimizing construction projects.

PROBIS was already using HubSpot for marketing and sales but wanted to ensure a strategic optimization and more efficient use of the platform. The goal was to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and train the team in best practices. 

The challenge

WPWA conducted a comprehensive HubSpot audit, followed by a full-day workshop where the findings were discussed and optimizations were implemented immediately. Through the workshop, deal pipelines were optimized, and clear criteria were established for when a lead transitions into a deal. In the area of newsletter sign-ups, the registration process was streamlined, taking the multilingual nature of the newsletter into account. 

Afterward, PROBIS received ongoing support to address specific requirements flexibly. Additional conversion optimizations for the newsletter were also implemented.
