To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible to develop sustainable and innovative solutions.
Deine Aufgaben
- Development, implementation, and optimization of marketing workflows using low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, HubSpot Workflows)
- Integration and management of marketing and sales systems (e.g., HubSpot, iPaaS solutions)
- Technical configuration and ongoing maintenance of web tracking (Google Tag Manager, consent management platforms, Google Analytics 4)
- Administration, support, and enhancement of websites and stores based on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar systems
- Development and maintenance of simple database structures to support marketing campaigns and automations
- Evaluation and implementation of AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency
- Close collaboration with marketing, IT, and data teams to understand and implement technical requirements
- Identification and implementation of automation opportunities to optimize internal and external processes
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of marketing data to derive actionable insights
- Coordination, preparation, and facilitation of meetings with clients to discuss technical requirements, present solutions, and successfully execute projects
Dein Profil
- Completed university degree in Marketing, (Business) Informatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., completed apprenticeship, relevant professional experience, or specialized training in marketing technologies, web development, or automation).
- Experience with marketing technologies, especially HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, GA4, consent management tools, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier).
- Practical experience in the administration and further development of WordPress, Webflow, and/or comparable content management and e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify)
- Basic knowledge of database structures (e.g., SQL, Airtable, Google Sheets)
- Basic understanding of web technologies for websites (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs) and the technical context of modern web applications
- Technical understanding of web technologies and interfaces (APIs)
- Experience in integrating and automating tools and processes
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Confident demeanor and experience in customer communication, including meeting management and presentations
- Very good German and English skills
